Q: Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

We are sorry your order didn't work out for you! Unfortunately we do not offer refund/exchanges for our products. All our products are Made-to-Order when you make a purchase. Please make sure you order the correct item before clicking purchase! 

We are not liable for any lost/damaged packages during shipping. If an item was received damaged/lost please contact your shipping carrier to file a complaint. All our products are packaged carefully during processing. 

Q: What does Made-to-Order Mean?

It is exactly as it sounds, we make your order as soon as you order from us! 

Q: What currency $ is on the website?

Currently all product is in USD (US Dollar) exchange rates for Canada and other countries will reflect at checkout or on your bank statement! 

Q: Why is your prices set as USD$ but you are from Canada?

Each phone case is priced at $20 CAD. My current website only allows me to show 1 currency, since most of my customers are from the USA I chose to use the US currency! The USD price will always reflect to $20 CAD after conversion rate! 

Q: Where are your products shipping from?

All products are made and shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently are offering worldwide shipping for all of our products! Shipping times vary depending on your location! Since we ship out small products we use a standard small parcel shipping method for international locations. For Canadian packages we ship via letter mail! 

Q: Will you be selling phone cases for Samsung and other brands?

Yes! We are currently selling a few Android models, as business get better we hope to branch of to more models and brands!
